Enjoy the stunning views of Lake Wakatipu & the surrounding mountains throughout the apartment. Sorry we do not host children under the age of 12 years or BABIES. The property is located within the Kawarau Village which is 10 mins from Queenstown central by car or water taxi. There is a great restaurant on the door step, you can also pay to use the Hilton day spa & swimming pool. Frankton shopping centre is a 5 min drive. Remarkables ski field is just around the corner.

House Rules

Only the guests on the reservation may access the property. We do not allow you to host additional guests - there is security camera on the front door that are monitored

No running or jumping around as this can be heard in the downstairs apartment

Skis and Snowboards are not to be taken up stairs please use the storage space within the entrance way. Do not sit on the bench as it is not a seat

Do not move the furniture around as this cause unnecessary damaged - including the glass coffee table

Please be mindful of your noise levels as we have neighbours and people in the downstairs apartment

The property only caters for 4 people in total we are unfortunately not able to accommodate additional guests. If additional guest or children under 12 are found to be onsite your booking will be cancelled and no refund will be given

The space
Relax and take in the stunning views form the warm open planned kitchen, living area, and the outside deck of lake Wakatipu, Remarkable mountains and the surrounding mountains.

All areas are located on the second floor

There is your own private parking. Open planned kitchen, dinning, living area. The kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to enjoy a meal together.

The Master bedroom has amazing views of the Remarkable Mountains from the bay window. It has a super comfy King bed, wardrobes so that you can unpack and make yourself at home. It also has its own ensuite with large shower

The second bedroom has either a Super King bed or two singles depending on the set up you would prefer. It also has its own bathroom with a large walk in shower.

There is a gas fire as well as heat pump and underfloor heating to keep you toasty warm.

There is no access to the garage

The property is not suited to children

We ask that there is no running or jumping around as this can be heard in the apartment downstairs


Please note this property is NON SMOKING including the outdoor areas.

We are in a residential area and have neighbours. Parties are not permitted
People live in the apartment downstairs

In the event of government travel restrictions which prevents you from undertaking your booking we will offer you the opportunity to change your booking once to a later date there maybe a price difference for your new dates. If you choose not to accept a date change then the cancellation policy will stand.

Getting around
A car is handy to get around but not a requirement
The local bus leaves from just at the top of the Kawarau village
The water taxi leaves from the wharf just a two minute walk from the house
Frankton and the supermarket is a 10 minute walk from the house
