You can enjoy a wine on the balcony taking in the views. No need for a taxi or bus here. There are very few places to stay that are closer to town. There is a kitchen so you can cook in the apartment.

House Rules

- The hot tub is available for use 0930 - 2130.

- During your stay please add two spoons of sanitiser to the pool even if you are not using it.

- We have neighbours and we are in a residential area. Please abide by the 930pm rule. Our neighbours ALWAYS advise when there is noise after this time and then noted in your review as this is an ongoing issue with some guests who chose to ignore this. If two complaints are filed your booking will be instantly cancelled.

- Also please ensure that any guests you may have, have vacated the property by 10pm.

- No Smoking anywhere on the property

- No children under 12 years in hot tub

- Security cameras are onsite - above front door for your safety.

- This is not a party house. MAX 4 GUESTS - Exceeding this will result in your booking being instantly cancelled (our owner occupier neighbours ALWAYS advise when this is exceeded).

- There is one car parking spot, park next to the "P" close to the wall. Please do not bring any more than one car onto the property. Do not park too close to garage as access is needed 24/7

The space
You will have the whole unit to yourselves. Two bedrooms in the downstairs and an upstairs living give you lake and mountain views and all as close to town as you can get.
Guest access
The home is just a short stroll on the flat from down town Queenstown. Even closer is the local supermarket. The majority of attractions start points, bars and restaurants are less than a 15 minute walk from your accomodation.

Busses are frequent and there is a bus stop just metres away. There are also good uber and taxi options as well.

Town is also home to a good number of bike and ebike rental options so you can enjoy days riding some of the best bike tracks the area has to to offer.

Close by are also some of the best hiking trails around. Everything from short walks to epic multi day adventures are catered for here.
