Arthurs Point is located at the base of Coronet Peak ski field with mountain biking and hiking in the summer, it’s a short 7 min drive from the centre of Queenstown, 15 mins from the airport, restaurants and bars right on the door step. The Shotover Jet, the stunning Shotover River all within walking distance.

Relax, recharge and escape in the distinctive rural feel of Arthurs Point, nestled beside the famous Shotover River. Arthurs Point is surrounded by magnificent views iconic to the region.

The house comes equipped with all the essentials and a few luxuries including your own Spa Pool for a maximum of 6 guests including children and infants

There is your own private parking. Open planned kitchen, dinning, living area. The kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to enjoy a family meal together. TV has light-box and Netflix so you can chill out and put your feet up and watch all your favourite TV programs

The Main bathroom has underfloor heating and a generous bath so that you can take a long soak after a day venturing. There is also a large ensuite off the master bedroom which also has underfloor heating so you toes don’t get cold first thing in the morning. Both bathrooms have hairdryers and straightens. There is a seperate toilet downstairs.

The master bedroom has a super comfortable Queen size bed as well as a walk in wardrobe so that you can unpack and make yourself at home.

The Second bedroom also has a comfortable Queen size bed and lots of hanging space.

The third bedroom has two single beds so prefect for the kids or single friends.

There is a sofa bed in the landing of the second floor that can cater to a single person. Please not this has a weight limit of 110 kg.

There is large air conditioning unit in the living area to keep you cool in the summer months and keep you toasty warm in winter.

The washer machine and dryer located in the laundry room downstairs which also has space to hang your ski gear after a day on the mountain. The garage is available for parking and has racks to store your skis, snowboards and bikes
